Very nice room lovely bed and shower, nice location. Miserable reception staff, improvements needed. Difficult to get milk to make drinks in room asked for 6 got 4 . lady reluctant to give me more very strange as the milk is tiny!

The only downside was the restaurant being closed in the evening so we had to eat and drink elsewhere.

J'aime beaucoup cet hôtel mais le prix de la chambre avait presque doublé en cette période du 4 au 8 novembre pour le même service que d'habitude. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi!
Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais le repas de midi, pas terrible...

Très bon séjour dans votre établissement, parfaitement situé pour ma formation (ateliers Berthier) mais aussi pour visiter Paris. La chambre était belle, bien agencée, avec des rangements pratiques. Le plateau de courtoisie renouvelé tous les jours est un plus. J'ai surtout apprécié la qualité de la literie ce qui m'a permis de très bien dormir. Service bagagerie très pratique (à l'arrivée et au départ). Accueil courtois et efficace.

We were put on the 8th floor, as this floor has not been renovated. Paper cups instead of proper cups. Two teabags, so I bought my own!
Good location. Check in at 3.00pm is ridiculous.

Hôtel très agréable, sécurisé. Petit déjeuner bien organisé et très varié. J'ai regretté pour le petit déjeuner que des fruits tels les bananes et les kiwis ne soient pas proposés en plus des pommes (à moins que je ne les aie pas vus). Il manque aussi une 2ème machine à café/chocolat lorsqu'il y a un afflux de personnes comme c'était le cas le samedi matin.
