Parisian chic and refinement in small touches and reminders of the world of Coco Chanel. "Fashion is in the air," she used to say, and the hotel has managed to capture her spirit and her modernity. Evocations through drawings, paintings... but above all through the transposition of a dress code in the style and decoration which is not ostentatious. We like this comfort spiced with a zest of feminine preciosity and the delightful elegance of the place, like the retro ironwork lift from the 19th century. Pire hôtel jamais rencontré en plus de 12 ans d'expérience dans le domaine hôtelier. Service déplorable. Arnaque, forcee à payer taxes de séjour et pdj non pris au check in par un receptionniste qui s'ennervait sur moi. Aucun remboursement pour les pdj non pris ensuite.

Gute Hotel und saubers Zimmer. Die Treppenhaus ist zu eng wir hatten Schwierigkeiten beim hochgehen mit Koffern. obwohl die Mitarbeiter nicht so gut Englisch sprechen können,haben wir uns verstanden.

L'Arc de Triomphe étant si proche n'est qu'un avantage. J'y ai passé 3 nuits, je suis arrivé et j'ai reçu 1 clé alors que 2 étaient mentionnés, 18 € de taxes sans préavis ni mention sur le site Web. Dans la chambre, il y a un tas de vêtements posés sur le sol juste à côté du lit, comme si quelqu'un y vivait (apparemment, la chambre a été nettoyée, ce n'est clairement pas à cause de cela). Quand j'ai dit au réceptionniste, il a dit qu'elle serait nettoyée le plus tôt possible. le lendemain mais ce n'était toujours pas le cas à mon retour. Le lendemain ou même le dernier jour ! Les règles derrière la porte disent que vous ne pouvez rien manger ni boire dans la chambre, sous peine d'une amende de 150 €, vous devez donc sortir à chaque fois que vous voulez manger. Le coffre-fort électronique de la chambre était verrouillé alors que nous en avions informé la réception le jour de l'arrivée, les matelas étaient tout simplement corrects, mais pas le meilleur confort possible attendu dans des hôtels de haute qualité. Les gens montaient et descendaient les escaliers toute la nuit, surtout tôt le matin, ce qui n'était pas propice au repos et au bien-être des autres clients. La télécommande du téléviseur manquait également sa façade arrière.

Given the picturesque view outside the window despite the cramped quarters, it would have been easy to rate the room five stars. Ilias & Ilias received a nearly flawless rating of four stars for service; nevertheless, one star was taken away due to a minor luggage storage infringement. The location receives five stars, which is not surprising considering that the iconic Arc de Triumph in Paris is just a short stroll away from this vintage hotel.
