Two night midweek stay...Great location just a few blocks away from arc de triomphe...staff were very friendly and attentive, room was better than expected for two single beds... there was a water issue with the entire street while we were there, so no hot water for a shower which was the only snag..but out of control of the hotel staff, who kindly compensated for this

A bolgár recepciós lány nagyon kedves. De ezt leszámítva rettenetes egy lepusztult hely, a reggeli is egy tragédia volt, olyan az egész, mint egy rossz horror film forgatási díszlete, a lokáció azonban tökéletes.

Bonjour je réserve directement via leur site au lieu des plateformes classiques. On me demande si je souhaite régler la totalité maintenant ou « directement à l’hôtel ». Je sélectionne le choix 2 « régler a l’hôtel» et malgré cela mon compte bancaire est débité du coût intégral 3 jours avant mon arrivée me mettant à débiteur ! Ils ont eu peur de ne pas être payés ou quoi ? Bref ! Zéro pointé !
Deco chambre bas gamme pour les 144€ payés ! Bref ! On y mettra plus les pieds

Naar behoren! Goede ontvangst en receptie. Netheid zeker oké. Kamer en bed aan de kleine kant. Goed gelegen ten aanzien van bezienswaardigheden en openbaar vervoer.

All staffs are friendly, but only front staffs speak English. Windows in the room are small, but the interior is sophisticated. There's no hair conditioer in the bathroom and the lift is small capable for 2-3 persons. But overall we were happy to stay here.

スタッフはみんな親切ですが、英語を話せるのはフロントスタッフだけのようです。窓が小さいですが、内装が洗練されています。注意点はアメニティにヘアコンディショナーが無く、エレベーターがかなり狭いことです。でも総じて快適に楽しく滞在できました。

Great location! I was able to walk to some good places! The service is good, they’re are friendly, the elevator is really small and there’s only one but the wait was never to long. Overall I’d stay here again

The hotel is centrally located, near Champs-Élysées and as its name implies, Arc de Triomphe. I was placed on the 5th floor, and whilst the room was compact, it was functional and adequate for one or two person(s). Despite the main attractions and an array of eateries, my room was relatively quiet.

On the other hand, my fellow visitors located on the lower floors were not necessarily as satisfied with their rooms because it apparently had odd layouts and little space.

Aircon works well and especially appreciated in the current heat wave in Paris. You leave your room keys with the friendly staff, and they are available 24x7 when you return.

Overall, for me, this hotel borders on 3.5☆ rather than the advertised 4☆ hotel. However, the boutique feel of the hotel with chic decor and its dainty lifts leave you with a feeling that you have visited Central Paris.

Hôtel au top ! Nous avons séjournés du samedi 19 au 20 août, accueil agréable, chambre très correcte et très propre et calme. Le plus : le parking public juste en face pour 16€ la journée et surtout l'emplacement ! Je recommande!

I stayed there last sommer and it was good until I decided to check out before one day of my stay and I asked for returning the price of one night , but they didn’t gave me it . The room is okay and the location is good .
