Nos quedamos en este hotel mi pareja y yo, y fue todo genial. No tenemos ninguna queja y los chicos y chicas de recepción eran muy simpáticos.

Hotel muito confortável, ótimo atendimento e localização espetacular!!!! Fica praticamente ao lado do arco do triunfo, e dependendo do quadro que é reservado, pode se ter vista para ele. Fica bem perto da estação Charles de Gaulle, e vem próximo da avenida Champs Elysées também. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos, e há a possibilidade de guardar a bagagem lá tbm antes do check in. Recomendo demais. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar lá!!!

Un hôtel discret et magnifique à deux pas des Champs Élysée et de l’Arc de Triomphe. Un personnel très agréable et café ou thé gratuit ! Dommage que nous y sommes restés qu’une nuit car l’hôtel était déjà complet. Et nous avons la chance d’avoir la meilleure chambre avec vue direct sur l’Arc de Triomphe. Certainement mon hôtel préféré dans la capitale !

Stayed for one night in a single room.
Smiling and helping receptionists, quick check-in and check-out, clean room and a nice view from the balcony. The balcony is narrow but still fits 2 chairs so you can enjoy the view in a company

Une réservation pour une nuit, l’accueil est très bien, pas de perte de temps, hôtel très bien placé, propre et entretenu. La chambre est propre, la literie est de qualité rien à redire. Un très bon hôtel rapport qualité prix.

私がこちらのホテルを選んだ理由はバスタブがあったからです。
予約時に備考にバスタブ付の部屋を希望すると送ってましたが、当日バスタブなしの部屋でした。
変更の依頼をしましたが、満室のため無理と言われました。
部屋に入ると部屋の天井にもカビ、バスルームもカビだらけで排水も悪かったです。
バスルームのドアも閉まりませんでした。
エアコンは埃が落ちそうなぐらい溜まっていました。
部屋には冷蔵庫も無かったです。
ポットはなかったですが、必要であればフロントでお湯が貰えるので助かりました。
ただ、三つ星ホテルとは言えないぐらい汚かったです。
スタッフは皆様優しかったですが、予約時の備考がスルーされていた理由を聞いても回答はありませんでした。

Locatia hotelului foarte buna, dar atat. Miros urat inca de la receptie, totul murdar si mobilier invechit, fire de par pe asternuri, mizerie pe jos, mucegai pe la bai.Cer foarte multi bani pentru ce ofera. Nu am vrut sa ne stricam sejurul la Paris, drept urmare dupa ce am vazut despre ce e vorba ne-am schimbat hotelul. Nu recomand sub nici o forma acest hotel.
