Located in a quiet area, Hôtel Fertel Maillot enjoys an ideal location next to Porte Maillot and Conference Centre. L'Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées are just a few minutes' walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are not very large, the size of the bathrooms is adequate but the whole needs a little makeover. The breakfast room in the basement is too small and attention, hearty breakfast is served in a room decorated with murals for Italian that smell of southern cuisine. The advantage of this hotel is its value in a district where everything is very expensive.

Outra coisa que amei é que divide parede com eles um pequeno restaurante japonês com uma comovida deliciosa com preço camarada.

Etant sans nouvelle, je m’étais donnée la peine d’appeler 2 fois la semaine dernière afin d’obtenir une confirmation de réservation que j'ai fini par avoir.
Par ailleurs l’accueil téléphonique est déplorable, interlocuteur agressif et peu correcte.
A ma grande surprise on informe mon client à 23h qu’il n’a pas de chambre et que l’hôtel est complet…. Aucune solution ne lui ait proposé.
Ce dernier me fait part d’un retour désastreux de l’accueil qu’il a eu.
