HOTEL STAR CHAMPS ELYSÉES * * *
Hotel with Ecolabel with refined comfort and French style with quiet and decorated rooms.
In a late nineteenth century stone building, built in the purest Haussmann tradition, this international hotel was probably a simple family home in the years 1970. Became a member of the Best Western group, and earned the Ecolabel quality. In the living room on the ground floor, of medieval inspiration, sofas are arranged around the old fireplace. We can have an appointment here, order a drink, watch TV or check the Internet terminal. The set was designed so as to give an impression of refined comfort, and its typical French style attracts customers, half of which are foreign customers. The hotel has no restaurant but a staircase which leads to the basement where two small breakfast rooms adjoin each other. The rooms have been decorated thanks to the collaboration of the French Toiles de Mayenne company, one of the last in France to still have a loom. The tones are discrete and change from one floor to another in a range of chocolate or crimson, brown or raspberry, red coral. In this universe, especially soothing, silence is guaranteed by the double glazed windows and the presence of heavy double curtains.
