Hubert Masse has travelled a lot before opening his first shop in Enghien-les-Bains with his Irish wife, Susan. This chocolate factory, awarded with the last Salon du Chocolat in Paris, owes much to the travels which has shaped his curiosity, taste and his imagination. They juggle beautifully with guanaja and chuao alloys to create fine, balanced chocolates to the impeccable presentation and texture. Its chocolates combine exotic flavours like black ganache to the lemon of Madagascar, zest of green lemon and Spanish lemon honey or ganache milk to infusion of lemon zest.
