The butcher's shop, which has taken the name of the street in which it is located for some time now, is renowned in the 17th arrondissement of Paris and beyond. It gets its supplies from Rungis, but also from small producers and from Sicaba for organic meat, especially the new Coeur de Terroir label, which offers all four meats in organic form (veal, beef, lamb and pork).
