Since 1830, Maison Pou has belonged to the very envied sphere of the largest caterers in the French capital. A family home and a real company held first by Guy Feryn then by his son Aurélien now head of thirty collaborators. He perpetuates the artisanal tradition of the famous sign (she was champion of France in 2009 for his head cheese and gold medal 2012 and bronze 2013 in the competition of the Paris superior ham). The charcuterie is home and there is both the black sputum of Nancy and beautiful ducks of hazelnuts, orange, green pepper as well as small sausages to Guérande salt. Here, the salty and the sweet face together without shade. A very wide choice of salads, crust pâties so beautifully presented, salty pie, vegetables, fish, caviar de France. Cooked dishes are prepared with local products: milk pig, gastric apple; calf piccata, foie gras and morilles; seafood patches… Pastries also to vary the pleasure of your papillas depending on the season and your desires. During the hunting season, you can eat flat and game terrines and the house also proposes to cook or terrorize the game's own game! For year-end celebrations, the Maison Pou offers fresh truffles and fatty livers of duck and wild geese, but here the kitchen is every day a party and the business lunch tray at cocktails and anniversaries, this house will be yours to offer only the best.

Très décevant pour une maison de ce renom.
Jambon blanc très bon.
Charcuterie renommée
Son attitude envers la clientèle ternie la réputation de cette grande maison. Dommage.
