Wine is always in bottle or sometimes in a cube, but since we can't stop progress, for some time, it is in Bag In Box™. BiBoViNo is the first Parisian wine shop to sell wine exclusively in Bib of 3 or 5 liters from €20. This system has several advantages: thanks to the vacuum principle, conservation conditions are ideal in the dark as in a cellar. After opening, the qualities of the wine remain unaltered for one month. The Bib is easy to transport because lighter than bottles and it is not cumbersome for storage. Finally, it removes all bottling costs, which are more than a quarter in the selling price of a wine. Bruno Quenioux has a precise selection because he likes to discover some small treasures off the beaten tracks with small winemakers. Available at the moment, about fifteen red, four white and a Clairet rosé. BiBoViNo also has an address at the Marché des Enfants Rouges and we find the Bib at PhiloVino in the 5th and at La Cave à manger of Olivier Baussan in the 19th.
