Martine Dubois became a cheese cheese because she married Alain Dubois who was Crémier. Since 1975 it is one of the references of the Parisian cheese factory. From the beginning, she went to the producers'meeting. For several years they have been several gardeners, including Nicole Bathélémy and Marie Quatrehomme, to have regrouped to identify new herds and buy larger quantities. Traditional cheeses are found but what they like are the assemblages that vary depending on the seasons and the tastes of the clients such as the coulommiers in truffles, the abundance of D d, etc.

very good cheese factory or you will find only quality ingredients.
you can see that the owners are pationnés and that they like what they sell.
It is always a safe bet; here you are not given " nanars" even when you are not patrons.
It is pleasant.
