GROUPE MULLER

The Muller Group designs and manufactures solutions for domestic and collective heating in France. The product lines of its various brands have obtained the Origin France Guarantee label.

History. René Teurquetil is a discreet man, hard worker, who has built the Muller Group over the years. It all left the home appliance repair workshop, which it resumed in the early 1950 s. With the power grid voltage changing from 110 to 220 V, all household appliances must be adapted in service. This is a new development for the company, the creation of Muller & Cie and Teurquetil & Cie companies and the construction of the first factory in Fismes (51). After developing a similar activity in the gas, René Teurquetil is concerned about looking for new markets: it was the 1970 purchase of Noirot and its specialization in electric heating appliances. A second factory is out of Laon. Quality products, which make real progress in comfort and consumption, are favored.

Over the years, the Muller Group is developing by successive purchases: Campa, which began in 1978, advocates quality radiating signs, Applimo in 1979, Auer in the field of gas in 1982, Heating, Airelec, Airelec and more recently France Energy for renewable energies. Purchases that are carried out each time in maintaining the identity of trademarks and strengthening their industrial and technical means.
The group extends abroad with the creation of the subsidiary Convectair in Canada and through the purchase of company in Norway. The obsession with innovation and quality research, insufferated by René Teurquetil, led the Muller Group to develop, within Gifam, the professional trade union that it chairs the thermal section for many years, the energy efficiency standards, so-called aptitude for the function to a very high level of requirements.
