An entirely white interior, black tables and one of the best establishments on the hill. Here, the chef Antoine Versini - trained with the best - develops his incredible know-how. The value for money is excellent for such services: the peach of the moment and its polenta with lemon confit, its pig's rib in a spicy crust or, for dessert, its ricotta with yellow lemon. There is also a splendid wine cellar and a fine selection of whiskies, rums and armagnacs. It is best to come here as a lover or with the family.

Nous avons gouté les magrets de canards et le dos de sanglier (bien assaisonnés et très tendres), le cabillaud très frais et avec une purée qui a ravi petits et grands et le cheese burger.
