The emphasis here, as you'll have gathered, is on Gascon cuisine, and therefore on the hearty dishes of the region! From breakfast to brunch, there's a whole range on offer here. As for the rest, from duck breast to large salads, andouillette, entrecôte, leg of lamb or simple omelettes, we love it! A small price to pay, but a big crowd - especially at weekends!
