Restaurant serving tasty homemade desserts made from Asian ingredients.
Lüük travels to Asia, no specific countries, we embark on a touring trip through Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, Korea and China. So you can make a stop in Vietnam with the national dish, a Phô to beef (rice paste, baked rib fillets, beef and aromatic boulettes, in beef broth) or a delicious cup bun (rice vermicelli, backbone sauté of pork or beef to onions, citronella, curry, and nems, salad, carrots, soja, and chili sauce to peanuts.). Bentos provide us with the follow-up of the journey with the Korean bento (pork loins fried in a sweet sour sauce with fungus mushrooms, pineapple, peppers and onions), Thai bento (chicken jumped rice, and long beans flavored with thaïes spices and œuf beans), the Indonesian bento (Indonesian dried beef, accompanied by a glutinous rice in turmeric, citronella and coconut milk), and the Japanese bento (simmered of red miso pickled maqueraux fillets). The desserts, home made, are tasty and cleverly mixtent French pastry and Asian ingredients in the image of the strawberry yuzu lemon pie and green tea.
