A Japanese pocket that has nested in an old butchery, is not enough to salt, as here we eat only raw fish. With only 8 to 10 seats, this micro table kept by a nice couple of Tokyo plays the map of conviviality and authenticity. We cannot reserve and sometimes we share its table with others because there is a world. Sushi, makis, and other sashimis are all delectable. The various menus, individual or tasting for several guests, all have the traditional miso soup that takes its entire step here. You are advised to finish the meal with sake ice. After that, the boss, full of fifo, eventually a small mudflap.
