Restaurant with terrace in Paris elaborating a menu of specialities of the South-East of Tibet.
The Gang Seng team, which is the name of the snow lion, does not get sick of heights, quite the contrary! In this restaurant which, from the outside, does not look like much and which must be found (it is not very wide), we aim more at good mood than meditation but, in any case, what would be the use of serenity without a smile? The long room leads to a small staircase a little steep to reach the first floor where the space is quite cosy, intimate and peaceful. In a Buddhist monastery atmosphere with modern or traditional background music, the menu includes a list of well-managed specialities from south-east Tibet, such as the invigorating vegetable soup with cheese or momos - a kind of ravioli. And rather than a salty tea with butter, we can prefer the dhara which resembles the Indian lassi. A good address in the area where it is better to book. In summer, the terrace is always full.
