Pizzeria in Paris serving pizzas with ultra-thin and crunchy dough, meats and quality products.

Many people consider II Brigante the best pizzeria in Paris. Salvatore is at the helm of this tavern with warm and lively atmosphere. He is a tall bearded Calabrian dressed all in white who is busy developing pizza with ultra-fine and crispy dough. Spicy salami, spicy pork meat, sausage Neapolitan sausage, smoked scamorza, broccoli rabe, marinated arugula, turnip sprouts, the quality products are mouthwatering. Finally, the pizza with Italian spread... We do not really feel comfortable in this 20m2 but we said it was a warm and friendly tavern. Should we mention that it is strictly advisable to book? And if you can not wait, you can always get a take-away pizza.

Franchement j’avais envie d’une pizza mais 16€ pour ça!!! Ya pas de garniture, pâte trop fine et sèche, deux personnes qui m’ont dit «  dans 15 min puis 16€ à l’arrivée… aucun sourire aucun merci monsieur, aucun bonne bonne soirée monsieur.. la base en fait).
Faire une pizza comme ça.. je sais faire. Est ce que le propriétaire peut me répondre svp?

La photo de la mama ok.. et du padre ok.. mais svp respectez les gens qui achètent, au moins une fois.

Commander une calzone avec un œuf... elle arrive avec l oeuf cuit... et non coulant, pour les connaisseurs c est un detail qui a son importance.
le chef est questionné sur le sujet il eventre la pizza devant moi pour me dire qu il a bien un oeuf mais qu il est cuit... (oui j avais bien vu lol) bref
