Pizzeria in Paris serving pizzas with ultra-thin and crunchy dough, meats and quality products.

Many people consider II Brigante the best pizzeria in Paris. Salvatore is at the helm of this tavern with warm and lively atmosphere. He is a tall bearded Calabrian dressed all in white who is busy developing pizza with ultra-fine and crispy dough. Spicy salami, spicy pork meat, sausage Neapolitan sausage, smoked scamorza, broccoli rabe, marinated arugula, turnip sprouts, the quality products are mouthwatering. Finally, the pizza with Italian spread... We do not really feel comfortable in this 20m2 but we said it was a warm and friendly tavern. Should we mention that it is strictly advisable to book? And if you can not wait, you can always get a take-away pizza.

A deux pas de chez moi, je ne résiste jamais longtemps à une bonne pizza au feu de bois de chez Il Brigante, malgré la longue attente (à toute heure y compris en semaine). L'amosphère y est agréable et chaleureuse.

Déjà testée plusieurs fois et multi-approuvée ! Cette minuscule pizzeria nécessite en effet d'appeler pour réserver (et d'être patient-e), car il peut quand même y avoir de l'attente même avec une résa. Cela étant, l'ambiance est chaleureuse et conviviale, les pizzas sont préparées directement en salle de restaurant. Elles sont généreuses et savoureuses, pas de chichi ici, juste l'envie d'une bonne pizza au chaud entre deux inconnus...
