Address offering traditional ravioli, mutton dishes, an Indian nan type cake, kebabs.
The decor is a little more sober than the confreres': jewellery, a real Afghan dress, rugs hanging on the walls, but what a plate! The boss is Afghan and has been able to adapt his country's cuisine to French taste without distorting it. Beautifully presented, the specialities include vegetables, herbs, perfumed spices, but never aggressive. The skewers are perfectly marinated, the omelettes - khaguina - are dressed with onion shoots and the traditional ravioli - ashak - are served with mint and yoghurt. The dishes, which give pride of place to the sheep, are well served and accompanied by dried fruit, rice or a nan Indian style cake.
