Eating well, healthy and responsible, this is the mission of the Pré. Opened in December 2015, just steps from the Sacré-Coeur, this bistronomique restaurant decided to make ecology its battle horse. In the kitchen, fish are derived from sustainable fisheries, meat from responsible breeding, vegetables and fruits of organic farming, and the rest of fair trade. True achievement for the chef and his team, and real enrichment for curious and hungry clients. Here the kitchen has taste, a taste of nature, a taste of fresh. On the map: Parsnips terracotta panna and carrot duet with its citrus dressing, calf egg egg, mushroom tartare and salmon (Scotland), large lean et and creamy risotto, square of polenta, chocolate and hazelnuts, abundance pear abundance… All in a cosy and friendly setting… Perfect!
