The second offshoot of the brand, which already operates a first eponymous location on the République side of town, it offers a break with great products, guaranteed gluten-free and lactose-free. On the menu, you'll find a choice of unique waffles (some with a sweet potato base), pancakes and toast made with homemade bread, of course! On weekends, it's brunch time, but be warned: it's highly prized for its value for money.

Reply to owner: For anyone still reading this review, be ware that the owner of this business relies on lies instead of taking responsibility for her own shortcomings as a business. The owner lied that my group arrived 40 minutes late, even though we were all at the table just 5 minutes after 11 (which was the time of our reservation). The owner also lied that we got all our food before we were aggressively kicked out of our table). It is a pity to see a business that responds like this to its customers and you clearly need to learn a lot in regards to how to properly respond to criticism, especially when it comes as a result of your own mistreatment of your customers. It is confusing to me how a business with no capacity to rectify its mistakes and learn from them, can continue to operate in such a competitive market such as Paris. Learn to better treat your customers and learn to better respond to YOUR OWN SHORTCOMINGS
