Déçu moi qui est l’habitude de partir avec des amis le monsieur a l’accueil toujours aussi aigris on lui pose des questions il répond de manière arrogant très irrespectueux

Le livreur m'appelle et me dit qu'il est en bas mais il n'est pas là je l'ai attendu 15 minutes dans ce froid de -3º au finale la commande n'est jamais arrivée à destination.
