Bistro in Paris serving meat and vegetable dishes, a generous delicacy.
Rough walls, old parquet floors and open kitchen, The Sketch is certainly a bistro in the air of time. On plates, asparagus with Parmesan, through pork, quenelles in whiting, tarte apple pie, dessert around chocolate… All accompanied by wine nature to choose from a beautiful selection. We're finishing with a happy pink chocolates from Lyon. Simplicity, kindness and generosity, since its opening, have been a real progression in the mastery of flavours and agreements. This is a very good place to stay in Paris. It's a great place to stay.

Wandered into the restaurant on a busy afternoon without a reservation, but the hosts found a place for us and made sure we non-francophones understood everything on the menu
Our hosts were helpful, affable, and made the entire experience a delight.
