Address in Paris preparing fish and poultry dishes, traditional gastronomy and Japanese inspiration.
The facade of 975, with its wood cladding and yellow frames, is quite striking, to say the least. The interior, on the other hand, is more conventional: school chairs, waxed concrete floors, a small kitchen opening onto a counter and behind which Taïki Tamao officiates. On the plates, creative dishes with masterful execution. A case in point? Stuffed cabbage with duck leg, violet mustard, parsnip mousseline, cocoa crumble and chili pepper. Inventive, isn't it? The dining room is the realm of Mathieu, who advises on wine. An exquisite table.
