Wine bar/dining room in Paris serving charcuterie and cheese boards, à la carte products.

This hybrid place, both deli, wine bar and dining cellar, will delight gourmands lovers of local products and fine wines. Here, you can taste boards of charcuterie and cheese, with slices of bread to combine everything. We fall for a hot Saint-Marcellin toast with fresh rosemary, Italian mortadella with truffles, and for the croque-tout-truffe with homemade truffle butter, white ham with truffles and pecorino with truffles. Nobody will be unmoved in front of the boards of pata negra Iberico Bellota refined 48 months and Lomo Iberico with piquillo peppers confit. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere in line with the dish. The deli corner is full of products and there you can find all the products on the menu.

I love this place especially in summer when the terrace is more than pleasant. One is very in addition received! The wine cellar is impressive, there are also a few traditional ales and the dishes are made from products (very) fresh: The burrata is delicious, will patanegra it tears and croque monsieur is " LE" snack for truffle lovers.
Attention Edible and wine Merchant are primarily a delicatessen (me ^ me so in the evening you wouldn't say too much longer)); it is therefore essential to at least order something to eat to enjoy a glass of wine
