With its industrial style and its bargain-hunted objects, L'Atelier Ramey is a charming establishment with a very pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to the beautiful interior glass wall, the kitchen is open onto the dining room and the hungry guests can savour the preparation of their dishes with envy. In L'Atelier, you enjoy a high-quality bistronomic menu. On the menu: delicious homemade soups (Jerusalem artichokes and celery soup and saffron cream with garlic, refreshed parsnip cream and Serrano julienne), "terroir" starters (pan-fried pig's foot terrine, goose foie gras confit with Guérande salt, beef carpaccio) or seafood (oysters of Brittany and andouille from Vire), fresh dishes (wasabi haddock brandade, royal sea bream fillet à la plancha, sirloin of Bavaria…), and gourmet desserts (rum baba with hazelnut butter, chocolate molten cake, rice pudding and salted butter caramel… And as the address is rich in suggestions, you are invited to make good, tasty and authentic sandwiches! Une excellente table dans le 18ème. Des produits frais très bien cuisinés. Une offre réduite à la carte qui est un signe de fraîcheur. L’équipe donne envie d’apprécier le moment. Bref une véritable réussite.
