Is there any better expression than "eat without any fuss"? In the heart of the old Montmartre, that of artists and accordionists. On the contrary, it is necessary, Patrick says, to offer them what is best in the French gastronomic heritage, the Montmartre inhabitants are not mislead because they come in the groups of friends frequent the address. So, in this joyful decor, all the beautiful representatives of our terroirs are there, Burgundy snails with sardine rillettes in grandmother way, Gods' pearl, passing through a salad as in Lyon, including an excellent sausage with peanuts. What about barbecued beef pieces, nature or with pepper sauce: We stoop as simple carnivore as the meat is so much good and tasty… as for the desserts, they are remarkable, such as ice and sorbets (caramel with salty cream…) or the very plebiscite Fontainebleau (with dry plum or the chestnut cream). And as "good drinking" must goes with "well eating", Patrick has selected winemakers who grow their vineyards in bio and biodynamy. A rare address in Montmartre… We love the state of mind of the boss and the contents of the dishes.
