Then warm apple herring fillets, Burgundy snails, beef tabs with shallots, 5A andouillette are parading in front of you, and for two people: a 7 hour-simmered lamb shoulder or a 1 kg beef rib. Generously served dishes and quality products without reproach! As for a dessert, a ladle-molded faisselle, a old rum baba or the excellent Camembert with raw milk.
