The menu offers well-sourced dishes, from classic cuisine to very good brasserie cuisine. Then warm apple herring fillets, Burgundy snails, beef tabs with shallots, 5A andouillette are parading in front of you, and for two people: a 7 hour-simmered lamb shoulder or a 1 kg beef rib. Generously served dishes and quality products without reproach! As for a dessert, a ladle-molded faisselle, a old rum baba or the excellent Camembert with raw milk.
