Très bel hôtel propre et déco soignée. Très pratique de bons restaurants à proximité a des prix raisonnables.

All wasn't as it seems! At least not the way it was shown on their website. Got this hotel as a package deal via Eurostar...very disappointing!!
The street where the hotel is situated is really awful! Some strange characters hanging around everywhere! Dirty roads, you would have thought that you were in a third world country.

Bonjour quand on reserve dans votre hôtel c'est pas mentionné que le parking est payant 25 euros par jour est ce normal

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour un adulte et un ado la veille de notre arrivée. Nous arrivons donc le lendemain, on nous demande notre pièce d’identité et cela ne suffit pas à prouver notre bonne foi, ou je ne sais quoi d’autre. La dame de l’accueil a été extrêmement impolie, alors que sa collègue que nous avons vu quelques temps plus tôt était très gentille. Cette dame nous prenait de haut en demandant une attestation par les parents pour donc l «ado», nous lui proposons donc d’appeler les parents directement «non je veux un écrit » c’est quoi ce raisonnement ridicule? enfin bref, nous nous voyons refusé l’accueil, heureusement qu’un autre hôtel a bien voulu de nous.

We loved staying here. Very clean, the staff were so nice. The transport links into the centre was very easy by bus and metro! Also the most comfortable bed!!

O oază de liniște și eleganță, care ne-a transformat vacanța într-un vis împlinit.
Ne dorim din tot sufletul să ne reîntoarcem în acest loc minunat, pe care îl recomandăm cu încredere și entuziasm.
Mii de mulțumiri personalului, care ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca în povești cu final fericit!

It's a very nice hotel. The bedsheets were a little bit stained, but that's about it. very nice breakfast and the staff is lovely.

Staff were lovely, they spoke really good English too. The room was super clean and so was the bathroom. Can’t complain about our stay.
Nothing to do with the hotel but as a tourist I’d avoid going out after 11pm as there are a lot of dodgy people????…..

Hotel bom, café da manhã saboroso, apenas a localização do hotel é um pouco longe dos pontos turísticos, mas se a pessoa não se incomodar de usar o metrô, tem uma estação bem próxima.

Hotel confortável, limpo, com ótimos atendentes. A Dida e a Chris são a simpatia em pessoa e nos ajudaram com dicas de passeios.
O quarto é um pouco pequeno, porém super limpo e confortável! A localização é boa, próxima à estação de metró, de ônibus, com bares, restaurantes e um Carrefour City bem perto, que facilitou nossa estada.
Recomendo e espero voltar, algum dia!

Séjour agréable dans un quartier très populaire. Personnel gentil, chambres propres mais petits détails à améliorer vu le prix : petit déjeuner un peu simple, articles de toilette à remplacer chaque jour... Il y a du potentiel mais pour le prix des chambres dans ce quartier on s'attend à un peu mieux ...
