THÉÂTRE DE L’ATALANTE
A former warehouse for the costumes and equipment of the Workshop Theatre, this sixty-basement hall has been host to innovative shows since 1984 and readings. Led by Alain-Alexis Barsacq, it lies at the end of the small impasse at the end of Charles-Dullin Square. Workshops and internships are proposed. This place is extraordinary, because it seems to belong to another era. Paul Golub says of him: " It is a place of resistance, creativity, transmission, sharing, and like Atalante in Greek mythology always ahead of its contenders! " Well said!
