CHAMPIONNET SPORT (SECTION AÏKIDO)
The dojo overlooks the garden, a source of calm in the heart of Paris. On the white walls, several frames proudly display the photos of aikido and judo masters. Welcome to the Aikido section of the Sports Center. There are 120 adherents every day of the week, all levels combined. Three teachers framed this whole world: Patrick Loury (2 nd dan), Sandra Douy, Laurent February, Laurent Pascal and Jean-François Shower (5 th dan), founder of the club in 1990. There are no fewer than 20 black belts among the licensees, which gives the club a special dimension and at the same time ensures effective transmission between ages and levels. Children's courses are provided by Régis Boulier. Affiliated with the FFAAA, the club follows meticulously the method developed by a great French master. With one particularity, the emphasis on the work of arms (the saber, the stick and the knife) and this from the beginner level. And as if that weren't enough, the club organizes theme courses all year round, a story to deepen the knowledge gained.
