PAROLE IN CUCINA – ALBA PEZONE
Parole in Cucina is an Italian cooking school created in 2004 by Alba Pezone, "an amazing Neapolitan woman", according to the food critic François Simon. Over a welcome coffee, the course begins with the presentation of the dishes that will be prepared: origin, anecdotes and culinary specificities. Just put on an apron, and you will be invited to discover the ingredients, all seasonal and authentically Italian, to get to know them better and buy them. Then it's off and everyone gets their hands dirty. The courses take place in a renovated old printing house, under a very pretty glass roof. Good idea: if you have an event to celebrate (birthday, bachelorette party, new job,...), you can privatize the workshop and invite your friends to a tailor-made cooking class, designed according to your preferences and budget.
