Opened in the early ^19th century on the site of a former plaster quarry, this cemetery covers almost 11 hectares. Visite au calme et pour la mémoire

Moins connu que son grand frère du pére Lachaise, ce cimetière offre pourtant de belles découvertes : les tombes de personnes connues y sont nombreuses, et l'aménagement et la promenade que l'on peut y faire est tout aussi paisible. Vous reconnaîtrez facilement la tombe de l'auteur du "poinçonneur des lilas" à ses nombreux tickets de métros...

Même si il s'agit d'un cimetière, une balade est possible dans ce lieux paisible. Il y a des tombes de personnes connues (notamment Dalida) et il y a un respect des gens et des touristes.
