This is a name that smells like the names of old shops! This bakery belongs to the Grenier à Pain network, created by Michel Galloyer several years ago, and it is a guarantee of quality. But she sometimes stands out from it and even honours it. Indeed, we won the prize for the best croissant here a few years ago (the level has remained very high in this area!). The bread is made the old-fashioned way, remaining in the great classics. The traditional baguette is a Retrodor while the bread of Trois with natural sourdough, wheat and rye flour, brings a different note. You will have understood it, it is a sure value, that the people of the neighbourhood love.
