It is perhaps a super chocolatier but the galette qu.il made this year is a wonder with a little cáscaras d.orange to give it a note of light bitterness.

Loch that I bought for Christmas at home is the best than I have chandeliers ever since. And I was not the only one to enjoy it: biscuits with coconut cream, passion fruit with pieces of mango, a real treat, all in lightness and finesse. 10/10.
