Scaramouche of George Sidney is one of the first films in technicolor from the 50 s, but it is also the name given to an idea that germinated in the head of Gwendal Auffrey, former specialist in archival scanning, and his wife Elisabeth Bard: manufacturing artisanaux and artisanaux from fresh fruits, organic eggs and raw milk. They first settled in Céreste in the Alpes de Haute-Provence before coming to the conquest of the Capital. The classical scents are eaten, but our strokes go to the more original creations, such as the 1001 nights, where the cheeses spices of the Raz El are associated with the crunchy sharpened almonds, or Rosemary, olive oil and pine oil. A sacred marriage between the aroma of rosemary, slightly tinged with olive oil of Provence, and the crunchy of roasted pine gables. And what about the ice to saffron of Provence, that to the black truffle of the Luberon or the fennel seeds to name but those.
