Without a doubt the best butcher shop in Montmartre and perhaps in the north of Paris. The meats offered are absolutely exceptional, starting with the tournedos and the beef ribs. Special mention also for the roast pork, which you should not hesitate to cook "rosé" to appreciate all its flavor. Even the garlic sausage has a little extra something that gives it an amazing flavor and softness. Very reasonable prices, considering the quality of the meats.

cette boucherie ne propose que des viandes de qualité exceptionnelle, boeuf, veau et porc sont tout aussi bons les uns que les autres. Les jeunes bouchers sont de bon conseil et prennent le temps de bien préparer les morceaux choisis, comme une épaule d'agneau soigneusement désossée*

Completely of agreement. I do not go any more but at home. That makes me small trots at home but compared to the butchers of rue du Poteau, there is no photo. My last purchase, this morning roast veal in almost which was a total delight.
