LA JURASSERIE FINE
A real haven for the gourmet lovers of Franche-Comté products... These delicatessen is also specialized in cheese. Jean-Philippe, Alsatian and former sailor, married a daughter of Jura more than twenty years ago; with her he married the country and especially its quality products. In Montmartre, he is back in the village spirit and he likes it. As soon as you enter his cave, the sausage smells combined to those of the cheeses is a delight to our nostrils. On the shelves, only quality products purchased and selected on site from small producers by jean Philippe himself. He makes round trips, and that is why his shop is often close at the beginning of the week. Everything is biological or local, wines with jams through the charcuterie or cheese. The golden mount is fabulous like the Morteau sausage from Jean-Christophe Bouhéret. Jean-Philippe Favre is, like his products, authentic. He loves what he sells and he describes it so that you could buy almost the whole store.
