RÔTISSERIE DUFRÉNOY
A Parisian reference for thirty years: the Dufresnoy rotisserie makes us dream in front of its roasted chickens, well browned and of irreproachable quality. They come from the best breeding farms in the Landes and Gers, hand-prepared and slashed with string before being slowly roasted on a spit in front of a real fire. There is the classic, but also the famous chicken with morel mushrooms (for three euros more, why deprive yourself?), a unique recipe of the house that is passed from owner to owner in the greatest secret. Other specialities include: chicken, turkey, duck with lemon, pepper or mustard, but also cans, capons, quails, either plain, flavoured or stuffed. The brand, which has no less than four points of sale in the capital (including one not far away, rue de Rochechouart) is in partnership with a well-known home delivery service: smart!
