Meat bistro in Paris serving chicken and pork, fresh vegetables of the day

This address is one of the last restaurants in the spirit of the "meat bistros" of the slaughterhouses of La Villette. On the menu of the day for example: Flemish carbonade, vegetable risotto, chicken fricassee with cider... The kitchen works a lot with meat, especially ribs, pigs' feet and especially the Villette mitre (served in logs): a pleasure for all carnivores. The sauces that accompany them are made "minute" and the vegetables are freshly prepared. We leave Au Cochon de Lait with a full stomach and a delighted palate.

Bistrot à viande très original. Le travers de porc est à tomber. Personnel extrêmement accueillant et rapport qualité prix super.

Bon restaurant situé sur l' avenue Corentin Cariou près du métro. L' accueil est cordial et la cuisine est faite à partir de produits frais. Les plats sont excellents !

Un petit restaurant qui offre des produits d'une grande qualité. Les spécialités régionales tournent autour du porc, de l'andouillette et de la viande d'Aubrac. Mais les plats du jour sont à conseiller par leur fraicheur. Et le plateau de fromages est à tomber... les vins sont honorables et le service efficace. Seul bémol : si vous arrivez le midi après 12h20, vous n'aurez pas forcément de la place et vous devrez attendre les plats parfois assez longtemps, car tout est fait au dernier moment afin d'assurer une qualité au top. Dernier conseil: goutez aux légumes, ils sont remarquables.
