Meat bistro in Paris serving chicken and pork, fresh vegetables of the day
This address is one of the last restaurants in the spirit of the "meat bistros" of the slaughterhouses of La Villette. On the menu of the day for example: Flemish carbonade, vegetable risotto, chicken fricassee with cider... The kitchen works a lot with meat, especially ribs, pigs' feet and especially the Villette mitre (served in logs): a pleasure for all carnivores. The sauces that accompany them are made "minute" and the vegetables are freshly prepared. We leave Au Cochon de Lait with a full stomach and a delighted palate.
