ITEGUE TAITU
Spacious room in Paris offering a dish of unwrapped patties, meats, vegetables and grilled onions.
In this spacious room, the curtains are striped with green, yellow and red; in short it is the Ethiopian colours. Braided trays decorate the tables and there is a sitting area decorated with statuettes where you can enjoy a coffee at the end of the meal. At noon on weekdays, you can eat quickly at the buffet and according to your desires, provided that you will know the dishes beforehand. You can start by trying the unrolled patties, then try spoonful of garlic lentils, ground beef, splitn pea puree, warm beets and green beans, cabbage, carrots and spinach. In the evening and during the weekend, the table service will allow you to taste several dishes, or only one. You can choose the grills with onions, rosemary and green pepper, for example. Note that this is the only restaurant of its kind in north-eastern Paris, located only a few dozen meters from the canal.
