An authentic neighbourhood bistro, this is Valentin, a stone's throw from Buttes-Chaumont. At the helm is the smiling Michel, who distils a simple, family-style cuisine that doesn't hesitate to travel - to Auvergne, South America and Thailand. The charcuterie and cheeses come from the former; the bife - a rib-eye steak - originates from Argentina; and the shrimps and beef salads come with an exotic Thai sauce. Customers know that this is traditional territory, and they appreciate it.

Un vrai bistrot comme il n’y en a plus beaucoup à Paris. (J’aimerais bien que l’adresse reste encore un peu secrète d’ailleurs !) Tout est bon des entrées aux plats en passant par la mousse au chocolat - comme à la maison. Le tout avec une formule très abordable et une jolie carte des vins.

Si vous souhaitez passer un agréable moment et manger comme à la maison c est ici qu il faut aller.
La salade thai est magnifique. Je ne m en lasse pas.
L accueil est parfait et le personnel ainsi que le patron sont adorable.
N hesitez plus allez chez Valentin vous serez ravi.
