Address in Paris elaborating a brunch, a club sandwich, a menu and a fusion slate and vegetarian dishes.
The accents of this bohemian bowl come during the week for lunch with a rumstery pavement, or a duck's wagon. They watered it with a glass of wine that runs through the great French vineyards. They return on Sundays to swallow the brunch with scrambled eggs, a sandwich club, the raïta, a fruit salad with green tea… They are fully understood. But we preferred the merging side of the map and slate: crisp nems with shrimp near the turquoise counter, watching a Biryani rice rice along the walls of books, attacking vegetarian lasagna in a club chair. A stirring and tasty option: their cunning farce of aubergines, courgettes and fresh mushrooms is surely for something.
