The establishment has a character with its wooden floors, its small bistro tables, and its customers who hesitate between buying a bottle of wine and drinking it at home or staying here and enjoying it. Finally, they stay to see a Normandy blue lobster salad and lamb tongue in ravigote sauce that opened their appetite. Next, a crispy veal's head in gribiche sauce and stir-fry vegetables, a Lozère lamb shoulder roasted with rosemary, Berry lentils, and blood sausage parmentier from Patrick Autran, finally a clafoutis or a creme brulee with peanuts.
