The Bœuf Crowqué has been an institution since its creation in 1865 in the 19 th district. The restaurant is always also popular and is now in hotel version. The decoration of the rooms, carried out by artisans, is original and unique with a common materials base: wood, brass, copper, marble and Parisian metro style tiles. The office is a solid wooden work plan that recalls that of butchers. It runs along a wall and sometimes even to the bathroom, including a marble shear, the space night and the bath space forming a whole. In the breakfast room, the walls display old photos of La Villette district in the time of the slaughterhouses.
