Family hotel at the foot of the Lumière station with a garden and rooms, some with a balcony.
At the foot of Laumière Station, this family hotel has a big point: Its lovely small garden where you can enjoy breakfast in the beautiful days and on which half of the rooms are provided. On the first floor four of them have a furnished balcony and their colourful decoration makes them very pleasant. The cheapest are on the street and are really smaller, too, if you have the choice, there is no hesitation to have. All have either a shower or a bathtub.

Het hotel ligt tegenover een metrostation en dit maakt dat het centrum van Parijs goed bereikbaar is met de metro.
Trop d'attente à l'ascenseur compte tenu de sa très petite taille et du nombre de clients aux heures de pointe. ( problème insoluble !)
Florence réceptionniste archi sympa, que je connais bien du temps du Laumière avant la cession à Ibis...un de ses collègues au contraire désagréable, limite agressif lors de notre arrivée lorsque je demande en insistant un justificatif de facture. Ce monsieur était de service le 1er décembre 2023 entre 18h et 19h...
Petit déjeuner très bien.
Sans ce contact désagréable avec le réceptionniste, la note de l'hôtel rapport qualité prix passe de 8 à 9/10.
