This hotel is located near the Buttes Chaumont, the Grande Halle de la Villette, the Géode, the Cité des Sciences et du Zenith. The rooms are classic and all equipped with bathtub or shower and toilet. In an intimate atmosphere and a flowery setting, a small patio is a haven of peace in the summer and exotic winter. This is a good address for small budgets.

À éviter. Rapport qualité-prix désastreux:plus cher que d’autres deux étoiles du quartier bien plus fréquentables. Moquette crasseuse, salle de bain -toilettes sans porte qui ferme, ensemble assez répugnant.

Echt een prima hotel. Reviews zijn best negatief maar wij hebben prima ervaring gehad. 1 metro station dichtbij, die lijn sluit alleen niet aan op veel van andere lijnen maar een beter metro station is op paar minuutjes lopen. In een gezellige wijk met een lekkere bakker (zou daar je ontbijt halen), supermarktje in de buurt en een paar restaurant. Hotel zelf was ook prima. Inderdaad erg kleine kamers, maar als je er bent om de hele dag in de stad te zijn prima. Heel aardig ontvangst en badkamer was bij ons prima en schoon, wel inderdaad erg klein maar alles zat erin. Vlak bij het station waar je aankomt met trein uit Nederland. Al met al een prima budget hotel als je de hele dag in de stad bent!

Zimmer im Parterre schwer erträglich: kaum größer als das Bett, Fenster lässt sich nicht kippen, wenn es offen bleibt, können vorbei gehende Fussgänger durch's Gitter auf das Bett greifen. Also Schlafen ohne jeder Form der Lüftung.
Das Frühstück völlig unterirdisch. In Frankreich gibt es keine 'Frühstückskultur', aber das, was hier geboten ist, ist auch für französische Verhältnisse nicht genießbar. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eklatant schlecht, der Service und sein Personal muffig und gelangweilt.
Immerhin: Bad und Mini-Waschraum mit Dusche wirken sauber.

Hôtel sale / draps tachés / mal insonorisé / accueil désagréable (baston a 4h du matin dans le couloir et aucun geste commercial, pire on me reproche d'être mécontente d’avoir été réveillée)
