Le Plateau, a vast place that stretches over 600 m² is the Fonds régional d'Art contemporain (FRAC) [Regional fund of contemporary Art] gallery of Île-de-France. This structure supported by the Region, the State and the city of Paris has an important collection of works that is regularly enriched by acquisitions. Its monographic or thematic exhibitions showcase items taken from the funds and those of guest artists. Events are also organized with performers, dancers and musicians. Note that this institution offers artistic creation activities for children and adults in a nearby center called L'Antenne.
